What instruction(s) authorizes Recruiters and others serving in remote duty to go TAD to study for the Advancement Exam for classified in rate material? How long are you authorized?
There is no directive that allows members to go TAD to study for an Advancement Exam. It's the Commanding Officers discretion to send a member No-Cost TAD to study Classified Material at a Naval Command. Keep in mind; the member must possess the appropriate level of security clearance.
